What do people think? Are they still relevent today? Which characters did you like / not like?

Very relevant, the Aeneid was written by some one (Virgil) who was trying to define who he and his people were and how they were going to progress, by dabbling in the past. That's always going to be a hugely important issue for any society.
P.S. What about the illiad? P.P.S. Penelope is my favourite
